Enbloc Talk Is Back

 Are we going to enbloc again?

First time we spent a good two years getting all the votes and canvassing for support, with much fanfare and then we couldn’t get sufficient votes to hit the 80% mark.

Second time I was quite against it because it felt so halfhearted like the enbloc committee wasn’t really batting for us. Then covid hit. Still couldn’t get sufficient votes anyway.

Now with the gahmen relaxing the rules, there is chatter we will try one more time. I’m a little willing but I’d like to see the details first. The devil is always there.

Hopefully the outcome whatever it may be, is a positive one.

What can you buy in this area with that enbloc money nowadays anyway?

JB R&F Progress

 Things are going well.

My R&F purchase is going well and the progressive payments are on schedule.

The buildout is all on schedule. My last visit in early September gave me a lot of confidence and optimism.

Payments are at the 30% mark now and it’s all paid in full.

Already looking forward to earlier than announced TOP completion.

Hopefully by mid 2028.

Sure the RTS opening got delayed till Feb 2027 but I think it makes no difference to my purchase :)

Just hopefully and smoother and quicker ride in than now.

This will be the beginning of my wider retirement plan.
